Q: Yes, we guarantee that all cells are 100% original from Lithiumwerks, Molicel, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and Murata. And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling into battery packs. And all finished battery packs will be under a full inspection before shipment
A: How can you prove that your cells you use are 100% original?
Q: We can show you the original pack list, outgoing inspection report and other related documents issued by these manufacturers.
A: Are you a factory? What kind of service do you provide?
Q: Yes, we have a own factory with a team of employees in the field of Lithium batteries for over 15 years. We provide OEM, ODM service for battery packs. Quality is strictly controlled under ISO 9001: 2015.
A: What certifications do you have?
Q: We have obtained ISO 9001: 2015 for quality management system. And have CE, ROHS, CB, UN38.3, MSDS for several batteries. If for OEM battery packs, we can help customers do certification if there is a need.
A: what is your lead time if I placed an order?
Q: For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days after payment received. For thoese that we don't stock for the moment such as customized battery packs, the lead time is around 10-15 days.
